I updated the Platform practice description. I removed the old content and used the document we have in Notion (https://www.notion.so/artsy/Platform-Practice-1b558d0627444c9c9bf7ed7583767ca2). To add the purpose of the practice and the description of the artifacts. And I added the link as a reference for people who want to know more about the topics the practice discussed previously
