This commit introduces the Maven Checkstyle Plugin to enforce Google Java Style Guide conventions - Added 'maven-checkstyle-plugin' to build/plugins - Configured the plugin to use 'google_checks.xml' Latest config version downloaded from: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/checkstyle/checkstyle/master/src/main/resources/google_checks.xml - Added new properties to manage plugin and Checkstyle tool versions - Execution of the 'checkstyle:check' goal produces zero violations
