What changed

Persist active workout progress in localStorage
Restore workout state after page refresh
Persist and restore the rest timer using timestamps
Add protection against accidental page navigation
Handle localStorage write failures safely

Testing

192/192 tests passing
Verified workout and rest timer persistence
