Fixes pós-publish do slack-advanced MCP:

• Remove emojis do README do package
• Adiciona files no package.json pra publicar só dist/ + README.md
• Usa npx -y @arvoretech/slack-advanced-mcp no exemplo de config (em vez de path local)
• Adiciona slack-advanced no README principal (seção, install, config)
