Azure Blob is not functionally equivalent to S3. More specifically it does not support pre-signed urls for uploads by part.
In this PR we are updating the docs to be more precise about their differences. A big thanks to @carlgleisner for pointing this out :)
Note: Signed urls are correctly implemented and tested. This is just to avoid the situation where people could get confused regarding how signed urls work for Azure Blob
