Add a seat-locking mechanism to the concert booking flow to prevent double-booking of seats during checkout. Locks are short-lived and expire automatically if the purchase is not completed.
Why this change
Prevents race conditions where multiple users can select and attempt to purchase the same seat simultaneously.
Improves user experience by making seat availability consistent during the checkout window.
Enables fair allocation of seats and reduces booking errors.
