…(empty, malformed, & extension not registered) This level of detail would have helped make what happened in #330 obvious. Deprecates ErrorBadPathName in favour of ErrorPathNameEmpty, ErrorPathNameMalformed, and ErrorPathNameExtensionNotRegistered. Note that ErrorPathUndefined is another case that can happen (valid path, not defined).
