_prune_from_dsto also account for radicals by not only countingAROMATIC_VALENCESbut alsoVALENCE_ELECTRONS. Accordingly,VALENCE_ELECTRONShave been added toconstants.pyand new tests have been added totests/test_specific_cases.py.Tests are passed.
