I added speech engine provider class for Amazon Transcribe.
And improved Language code checker for Google Speech-to-Text provider.
Environment:
OS: Rocky Linux 9.5 (x86_64)
Asterisk: Asterisk 20.12.0
node.js: v22.13.1
