Setup 'Producer' ('Producer_Base') class(es) for generating particular output files (e.g. 'catalog.json', 'biblio.json', etc).
Setup 'Director' class to manage/direct numerous producers and the overall production of derived output files.
All of the material added is modified / adapted / trimmed-down version of webcat.py, bibliocat.py, etc
