docs: added initital first draft of the complete epic workflow automation guide

This PR adds the initial draft of the Complete Epic Workflow Automation Guide for the AsyncAPI community. It outlines the purpose, usage, and opt-in process for the various replicated GitHub Actions workflows used across AsyncAPI repositories.

Why this is important
Centralizing this documentation helps contributors and maintainers understand how workflow automation is implemented and standardized across the organization. It simplifies onboarding, reduces confusion, and promotes consistency in CI/CD practices.

Note: This is an early draft. More sections will be added over time, and feedback is highly encouraged. Suggestions, corrections, and contributions are welcome!
