Adopt the portable Agent Plugins manifest and MCP layout while preserving client-specific packaging for GitHub Copilot, Codex, Claude, Cursor, Gemini, and Rovo Dev. Normalize skill metadata to the Agent Skills frontmatter format and document Kiro installation.
