PR Description
This PR implements the admin notification feature, ensuring that admins receive timely alerts within the system.
Description of tasks that were expected to be completed
Implemented the admin notification feature.
Created the necessary components for notification display.
Ensured that notifications are properly formatted and easily accessible by the admin.
How has this been tested?
Clone the repository.
Checkout the branch ft-admin-notification.
Set up the environment variables as specified in .env.example.
npm run dev to start the application and confirm that admin notifications function as expected.
