PR Description

This PR works on the logic of counting the attendance of a trainee and the number of open tickets of a trainee then supply it to the frontend.

Description of tasks that were expected to be completed

• Show trainee attendance
• Show trainee open tickets

How has this been tested?

• Clone this repository and navigate to the project directory
• Ensure that you have set your .env file using .env.example.
