#469 Cancel a sent Invitation

PR Description

this PR contains frontend implemetation offeature cancelling an invitatation by Admin

Description of tasks that were expected to be completed

• branch creation.
• added CANCELLED card on invitation page of an Admin
• added cancel button on the invitation table's action model
• [x]

Functionality

• clone the repository
• git checkout ft-cancel-invite-469
• npm i and npm run dev
• login as an admin and go to invitation page

How has this been tested?

Tested on Admin Dashboard using local database
