Fix: folder structure re-design #520

This PR includes folder structure redesign where I redesigned the folder structure

Description of tasks that were expected to be completed

Created a single test folder added all needed folders and their tests

How has this been tested?

1. Click Files Changed and view it

2. Clone repository using git clone

Go to our branch git checkout fx-folder-structure
view at the left side where folders are located
