This PR implements the Super Admin Dashboard interface and integrates it with the backend.

• Designed Dashboard page
• worked on responsiveness of the page
• Integrated dashboard with backend
• write unit tests to test new feature added
• Ensure our code don't negatively affect existing codes

How has this been tested?

• Clone this repository and navigate to the project directory
• Ensure You have backend service running and set your .env file using .env.example.
