Closes the HexDocs gap for the 0.6.0 public API additions:
Emily.Stream.close/1is now listed in the module's "Public API" overview, and a new "## Configuration" section documentsconfig :emily, worker_queue_limit:(default 8192) andawait_timeout:(default:infinity) — previously these were only in@moduledoc falseinternal comments and RELEASE.md. Docs only.
