Bohconf Referee Schedule

The role of the referee is to schedule the microphone and keep tabs on what people are up to:

1. find out what people are doing or want to share (in both rooms)
2. schedule the microphone speaker
3. announce what’s happening at Boh through the Twilio/Twitter notification app
