fix: semantic release and max header size config

Description

• Releasing version via semantic versioning
• Installer checking for latest version correctly
• Config for max header size in config.json (and via admin UI).
  • TODO: This does not solve maximum header size issues with Kerberos authentication schemes which will require further changes.

• latest release points to latest tagged release like: https://github.com/lostinauth0/ad-ldap-connector/releases/latest (which redirects to URL above)
