fix: removed un-intended class/type exports from the SDK

Changes

• Removed un-intended exports AuthClient and AuthClientOptions
• We want the developers to use only Auth0ClientOptions not AuthClient.

⚠️ Possible breaking change

• If any customer is using AuthClient currently, they might not be able to use it post this PR.
