Add SetRSSAutoDownloadingEnabledCtx and SetRSSProcessingEnabledCtx for proper context propagation and cancellation support.

…l test Add require.NotNil check for decoded.TorrentParams before accessing its fields to prevent potential panic. Also add missing assertions for Priority, UseRegex, SmartFilter, and SavePath to validate full round-trip fidelity.
