Processor change to address Outlook Monthly/Weekly differences

Microsoft has added a weekly update to Outlook that addresses feature additions/changes to Outlook.
A monthly update is available that includes all features plus the important security updates.

The monthly updates are only available for the Outlook product and has its own, new Channel for update checks.

This update incorporates the new monthly offering and checks for misuse of the Outlook-only channel in other MS recipes.

Autopkg runs:
