Add Jukebox web app

Spotify has a cool feature where you can collaborate on a playlist with your friends so you don't have to bother the host of a party to add your songs and can do it automatically. However, I don't use Spotify and didn't want to make an account. Therefore, I created an open source and free alternative called Jukebox. I think it's a good fit for the list since I explicitly went out of my way to make sure it wouldn't require an account.
