Hi there 👋.

My name is Aviv Leemann.

I am a Bioinformatician and PhD Candidate in Dr. Merav Cohen’s lab at Tel Aviv University, specializing in Bioinformatics.

My research leverages computational biology and data science in order to investigate cancer progression.

Moreover, I am a recipient of the Gray Scholarship for academic excellence.

  • 🔭 My doctoral research focuses on modeling inter-tissue communication in breast cancer.

  • 🌱 To enhance the computational depth of my research, I am concurrently completing a B.Sc. in Computer Science at the Open University of Israel.

  • 🎓 My education:
