Code License

Navet source code is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0-only).

Network Use

Navet is a networked application. If you run a modified version for users over a network, the AGPL requires that you make the corresponding source code for that modified version available to those users.

No Trademark License

The code license does not grant rights to use the Navet name, logo, or other brand assets as trademarks or product identity.

Brand usage is governed separately by:

Forks and Redistributed Builds

If you redistribute a modified version of Navet, you may do so under AGPL-3.0-only, but you must not present it as the official Navet product unless you have permission to use the Navet marks.

In practice, that means forks should avoid confusing brand presentation and typically use their own:

  • product name
  • logo
  • app/store branding
  • marketing presentation

Third-party packages and assets included in this repository may have their own licenses. See ATTRIBUTIONS.md.
