Keep Awake

Some of the places I am trying to put a dashboard like this use a hack to keep them awake like the keep-silk-open card. This requires a website card. Would be a can of worms to allow that kind of customization, but maybe you could just offer a similar functionality? A setting somewhere that actually just plays a silent audio file forever to prevent device sleep? Just a thought. Keep up the good work!

PS- Amazon Echo Hub is what I'm specifically trying to make useful.
