Description of changes:
When loading MCP configs, the env was being overridden by
this.getAWSEnvVars(), removing theMCP_RUN_FROMvariable from the config. This fix populates this variable for usage metrics, as well as future variables added to the MCP config.By submitting this pull request, I confirm that you can use, modify, copy, and redistribute this contribution, under the terms of your choice.
