Major updates to code base:

. formalised logging
. new log file: aws2tf.log
. addressed potential security issues with code
. support for aws provider 6.27.0
. updated minimum boto3 requirement to latest (1.42.16)
. reduced console output, and started to introduce progress bars
. new requirement in requirements.txt (tqdm)
. fixed some issues introduced by aws provider 6.27.0
