Description of changes:
The SNS Publish API has a character limit of 100 for the subject field. If an account name is at it's maximum length of 50 characters, the SNS subject for certain alerts exeeds the 100 character limit resulting in an error. I have shortened each subject string to prevent this error from occuring due to long account names.
