Rename all user-facing names, documentation and repo/download links from SwiftChat/swift-chat to VifChat/vif-chat and the new repository aws-samples/sample-vif-chat-app. Release assets renamed to VifChat.apk/.dmg. Remove the YouTube section from READMEs. Functional identifiers are intentionally left unchanged: app/bundle IDs, MMKV storage id, bedrock config-mode enum, registered RN component name, TS type names, iOS project/scheme names and CloudFormation/infra identifiers. Unify the default CloudFormation stack name to VifChat in install.sh and the READMEs (incl. the MyVifChat example). Rename ios/SwiftChat.xcworkspace to ios/VifChat.xcworkspace and pin the workspace name in the Podfile so pod install no longer regenerates a SwiftChat.xcworkspace (the .xcodeproj keeps its name).
