* sdlf-pipeline no longer contains any CfnParameter * use python 3.11 for cdk (seedfarmer just does not play well with python3.12 currently) * rework sdlf-stage-lambda deployspec to be more in line with the existing seedfarmer community * let CloudFormation generate SQS queue names * follow the new format set in sdlf-foundations and sdlf-dataset for SSM parameters * remove references to Octagon * use sdlf-datalakeLibrary lambda layer in stage lambda functions * pass the event pattern from the user to the event rule properly still all WIP for now...
