Update prisma bindings to pull in correct binary for deployment container.
If the container and build machine OS are different, the binaries downloaded will not work. To aid with building in VPCs, a new configuration 'prepareDockerForOffline' was added. This will predownload the correct binaries for the running container during cdk synth.
