Note for reviewer:
The reason why you see there are 11 files modified is because this PPR #195 . R is built on top of PR #195 .

• After approving PR Move Jark and inference under solutions #195 , I can rebase. However, it should not create any merge conficts if we merge the changes.

Some questions I had while reading:

1. Are we expecting blueprints to be added in the future to have a template on how to deploy themm on EKS? In that case, it's a good idea to udpate the issue readme template with a check (if it is not already done) ?
2. It would be nice if we can have have a better architecture diagram on how the stack ties together for https://awslabs.github.io/ai-on-eks/docs/infra/trainium
