Reorganize Infra and Blueprint Outline

• Ensure that Inference opens Inference Charts page
• Rename the section GPU Inference on EKS -> Advanced Inference on EKS

• Let's undo any changes in the blueprints and guidance sections. We are only looking to change what page readers land on when they click the above sections.
• Let's also adjust the ordering of the infrastructure list, it should be:

- Introduction
- Inference-Ready Cluster
- JARK
