- Delete AWSRestXMLHTTPResponseBindingErrorGeneratorTests, AWSRestXMLEventStreamTests, S3UnwrappedXMLOutputTraitTests, Route53InvalidBatchErrorIntegrationTests, and PresignableUrlIntegrationTests that tested +Init.swift, +HttpResponseBinding.swift, etc. files no longer generated by schema-based codegen - Remove S3 presigner test (004) from PresignerGeneratorTests as it uses a RestXML model whose codegen output changed
