nit: The job ID is post_test, so it might read more consistently as "Controller Post Test" rather than "Controller Tests Complete".

Today, we don't have a way to require controller tests as the name of the job matches those in other workflows. This gives the controller tests a unique job name such that we can require specifically on it.
