This PR enables semantic highlighting. It also adds some more coverage for semantic highlighting scopes based on the default VScode Dark theme.

I wasn't sure where to add my entry to the changelog, but it would have looked something like this:

- Enabled semantic highlighting and added support for italic, bold, and underline font styles (#110)
