- use "#!/bin/sh" shebang - dont't check for root (not needed for "status" command) - fix status_of_proc arguments to get "status" command working

I figured out that on Debian with sysvinit the "status" command does hot work. I fixed this issue and also changed the shebang to
#!/bin/shfor consistency with native Debian init scripts.#!/bin/shshebangstatuscommand, not checked in native Debian init scripts)status_of_procarguments to getstatuscommand working (define the$DAEMONvariable)
