Clone the Repository

Create and Activate a Virtual Environment

For Unix/macOS:
python3 -m venv venv source venv/bin/activate -
For Windows:
python -m venv venv venv\Scripts\activate

Install Required Packages
pip install -r requirements.txt

Migrate the Database
python manage.py migrate

Create an Admin User
python manage.py createsuperuser
Follow the prompts to set up an admin username, email, and password.

Run the Development Server
python manage.py runserver
Visit
http://127.0.0.1:8000/in your web browser to view the application.
- Customer Use: Navigate to
http://127.0.0.1:8000/to register or login. Once logged in, you can submit new service requests and track existing ones through the dashboard. - Admin Use: Log in to the admin panel at
http://127.0.0.1:8000/adminusing your superuser credentials. Here, you can manage users, view, and resolve service requests.
