This build "restores" the Voice Recognition commands that were left in Majora's Mask. I was having difficulties adding an actual Voice Recognition library, so I decided to provide a drop-down list of the possible words that could then be "spoken" by pressing the L-button.
The Voice Recognition can be turned on by going to Enhancements > Restorations > Voice Recognition Unit in the Searchable Menu (Esc). It is not implemented in the old Menu Bar.
