chore: ignore SixLabors major versions in dependabot - #47

ImageSharp 4.x and ImageSharp.Drawing 3.x enforce a Six Labors licence key at build time -- CI dies inside SixLabors.ImageSharp.Drawing.targets with "No Six Labors license found" before any of our code compiles. Adopting them is a licensing decision rather than a version bump, so Dependabot should stop proposing it every month. Only majors are ignored: 3.1.x and 2.1.x keep receiving minor and patch updates, including security fixes. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Stops Dependabot re-proposing the ImageSharp 4.x bump every month.
ImageSharp 4.x and ImageSharp.Drawing 3.x enforce a Six Labors licence key at build time. CI fails inside the package's own targets file, before any of our code compiles:
That is a licensing decision, not a version bump, so it does not belong in an automated PR. See #42 for the full write-up and the options.
Only majors are ignored.
SixLabors.ImageSharp3.1.x andSixLabors.ImageSharp.Drawing2.1.x keep receiving minor and patch updates, including security fixes. If the licence question is ever revisited, deleting six lines here brings the major bumps back.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
