In the file you attached in the main post, it shows the text, but for me, it only shows it when I hover over the button. Not sure if this is intentional or not.

As you can see, for the redo, cut, and copy buttons, it is fine, but for everything else, nothing works...

It seems like the original version, but I have no idea; as you said that it's from my clone. So you probably need to do it manually yourself - if you want it, and this pull request is not working, I should close it.
