Added afterRender call back function to the options as well as the README.md documentation. This is useful for using plugins that depend on the HTML being rendered on the page (such as using Bootstrap tooltips for each typeahead option).
I also updated the highlighter options documentation in README.md to reflect the parameters that are passed.
