Update the labels when CC-range selected. Some sensible min and max
Needed ajv specifically >5.0.0 dependency. dmg 32bit memory errors - changed to pkg as now recommended by mac. not tried linux/win packaging
Let you use the new cc range values on a specific midi channel
Add processing to generate extra option for cc range on a specific midi channel. Needed a new valueFour, and extended the firmware to support an extra byte of data.

As per firmware updates, new options to select CC ranges. Requires the new v1.1.x firmware in other repo.
