Please review this after the LayoutLM version, as it builds off of that.

Proof of concept that demonstrates using Azure to train a custom document classifier model and then utilize it to classify a handful of documents.
Initial impressions: It seems as accurate as the LayoutLM option, although I only used 10 files of each type for experimentation.
