Expand findings to clarify that Azure streaming works but tool-calling is broken due to an upstream Vercel AI SDK schema serialization bug and that APIM PII redaction / rate limits block large OpenCode requests. Add working provider examples for `@ai-sdk/azure` and `@ai-sdk/openai-compatible`, include a temporary fetch-patch workaround (for custom apps), and list required APIM policy changes. Introduce Pi (pi.dev) as an alternative harness with configuration, rationale, testing steps, and a comparison against OpenCode. Update tables, recommended routing, troubleshooting, and add references and test scripts used during investigation.
