Inviting members to surveys via email address

Description of Changes

• Created new email dialog popup that contains role selector and the text box for an email:
• The process becomes invite → sign-up → instant access instead of sign-up → approval → manual add → access.

TO DO:

• have checks that check that the email doesn't already exist in the table prior to adding a new record (Confirm that if the member already exists that instead of adding them by email, it will just pull that user record and add their permissions to the survey)
• delete branch email-invite
