…. Changed the Trash Icon to Delete Button.

Description

Before: The Profile/User list was using predefined InternalActions toolbar from MUI. This is not matching our UX.
After: Removed toolbar and moved the deleteButton out of it. The UI is changed from trash to Delete Button.
