Modify MOA loader so that mutation signature versions are not in the variant name

Currently when signature variants are loaded from MOA they appear as "SBS3.2 signature present".
We would like to remove the version number so that "SBS3.2 signature present" would be displayed as "SBS3 signature present" in order to reduce confusion for those seeing knowledgebase matches in genomic reports.
